Our offices are conveniently located in the Koll Corporate Center at 25A Vreeland Road between Columbia Turnpike and Hanover Avenue in Florham Park. We are 15 minutes drive from Newark Liberty International Airport, and 5 minutes from the Morristown Municipal Airport. We are a short distance from Routes 10, 24, 287, and 280 (about a mile west of the Livingston Mall).

Free visitor parking is available on both sides or behind the buildings. Building "A" will be on your right as you walk through the courtyard between the buildings. Our offices are in suite 105 on the first floor near the main lobby.

Directions

From NJ Turnpike South
Take to exit 15W. Take 280W to Eisenhower Parkway South, exit 4A. All the way to the end, make a right at sign for South Orange Avenue which will become Columbia Turnpike. Continue to second light, make right onto Vreeland road. Continue on Vreeland about 4 tenths of a mile to 25 A on the right hand side. The parking lot is next to the back of the building.

From Route 80 East
Take Route 80 to 287 South. Take the Route 24 e, exit 37. Take 24 east to exit 2B towards Florham Park. Merge onto Columbia Turnpike. Go for about three miles. Turn left onto Vreeland Road. Follow the directions above in bold.

From 287
Take 287 to exit 37, Rt 24. Take 24 east to exit 2B towards Florham Park. Merge onto Columbia Turnpike. Go for about three miles. Turn left onto Vreeland Road. Follow the directions above in bold.

From Newark Airport
Take I-78 West. Take the RT-24 W exit towards Springfield/Morristown. Take 24 west to exit 2B towards Florham Park. Merge onto Columbia Turnpike. Go for about three miles. Turn left onto Vreeland Road. Follow the directions above in bold.

From New York Thruway
Take New York State Thruway S to the I- 287 S/Rt 17 exit 15 toward New Jersey. Merge onto 287 South. Take the Route 24 e, exit 37. Take 24 east to exit 2B towards Florham Park. Merge onto Columbia Turnpike. Go for about three miles. Turn left onto Vreeland Road. Follow the directions above in bold.

From The George Washington Bridge.
Take the lower level to the New Jersey Turnpike South. Take the I-280 exit, exit number 15W. Take 280W to Eisenhower Parkway South, exit 4A. From the Garden State Parkway.
